Program Description: EverWell Wound Care, PLLC provides patients, caregivers, and referral partners with SMS communications including appointment reminders, care follow-ups, treatment updates, referral confirmations, billing notifications, health tips, and general wound care information via SMS messaging.

Consent: By providing your phone number and subscribing to our SMS messaging program, you expressly consent to receive text messages from EverWell Wound Care, PLLC. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving care or services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with EverWell Wound Care, PLLC. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Additional messages may be sent based on appointment activity or care follow-up needs.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To opt back in, text "START" at any time.

Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin, simply sign up again through our initial opt-in method (such as through our website or during patient registration), or text "START" to resume receiving SMS messages.

Help Instructions: If you experience any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for additional assistance or contact our support team directly at [email protected] or call (888) 844-9349. Support is available Monday–Friday 9am–5pm CST and Saturday–Sunday 9am–1pm CST.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your mobile phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to provide care-related communications from EverWell Wound Care, PLLC.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. EverWell Wound Care, PLLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier.
